Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa/fitness facility. Young adults between the ages of 16-18 may schedule spa appointments with their parent or guardian present during the treatment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. All no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. Group reservations and bookings have a contractual agreement.
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, which in turn will lessen the effectiveness and the pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next spa guest will not be delayed in the start of their treatment. The full value will be applied to the service.
We will provide each guest with a locker room full of amenities including a robe and sandals. For your spa treatment you will disrobe to your comfort level.
We ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones before entering the spa. We also ask that you do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa with you. A locker is provided to lock your clothing and all other personal materials in.
Gratuities are at the guest’s personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction of your treatment.
We invite you to use our facilities including our Eucalyptus steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi before and after your spa treatments. We do ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your first treatment. This will allow you time to check in, change and prepare for your treatment.
The Spa Café is located in the Spa Lobby and is open 7 days a week from 7-5. We proudly brew Starbucks coffee and have a variety of drinks and snacks. (Food is available through room service of the Hotel.)
We have both male and female therapists available to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when booking your appointment.
To ensure that you receive the complete benefits of your spa services, we recommend that you drink plenty of water before and after your spa treatment.
